结合一栋25层住宅,分别按普通剪力墙和内置短肢剪力墙两种结构体系进行多遇地震下的弹性分析与罕遇地震下的弹塑性分析,通过对比层间位移角、基底剪力、塑性铰发展情况和滞回曲线等性能参数来比较两种结构体系的抗震性能。分析结果表明,内置短肢剪力墙具有抗扭刚度好、抗侧刚度较小、层间剪力小等特点,在抗震性能方面有独特的优势。
Combined with a 25-storey residential building, the elasto-plastic analysis under frequent earthquakes and the elasto-plastic analysis under rare earthquakes are carried out respectively according to the ordinary shear wall and the built-in short-limbed shear wall. By comparing the displacement angle between layers, Shear, plastic hinge development and hysteresis curve and other performance parameters to compare the seismic performance of the two structural systems. The analysis results show that the built-in short-limbed shear wall has the advantages of good torsional stiffness, small lateral stiffness and small shear force between layers. It has unique advantages in seismic performance.
