随着电力事业的发展,电力企业的管理也越来越严格。电力企业的离退休工作在企业的管理中占据着非常重要的作用。电力企业的离退休人员对电力事业的发展带来了巨大的贡献,促进了我国供电企业的稳定,保证了电力运行安全可靠,因此要加强离退休人员的管理模式创新,保证离退休人员的权益。本文主要分析了电力企业离退休工作的现状、存在的困难和提出的相应创新管理模式,希望能促进离退休人员的管理水平。
With the development of power industry, the management of power enterprises is more and more strict. The retirement work of power enterprises occupies a very important role in the management of enterprises. Retirees in electric power enterprises have made tremendous contributions to the development of power industry, promoted the stability of power supply enterprises in our country and ensured the safe and reliable operation of electric power. Therefore, we should innovate the management mode of retired personnel and ensure the rights and interests of retirees . This paper analyzes the current situation of the retirement of power enterprises, the existing difficulties and the corresponding innovation management mode proposed, hoping to promote the management of retired staff.
