目的:探讨芹菜素纳米乳对CCl_4诱导大鼠肝纤维化模型的保肝和抗纤维化作用。方法:采用CCl_4复制大鼠肝纤维化模型,自造模之日开始,灌胃给药,1次/d,连续8周。末次给药后24 h,取大鼠血和肝脏,检测血清肝功能(ALT、AST、ALP、LDH)指标、肝纤维化指标(HA、LN、Ⅲ-C、Ⅳ-C)和肝组织中MDA、Hyp含量与SOD、GSH-P x活力,观察肝脏组织病理变化。结果:模型组大鼠有明显肝损伤和肝纤维化表现;各给药组肝功能和肝纤维化均有不同程度的改善,HE染色和Masson染色结果表明其肝脏病变程度均较模型组明显减轻。结论:芹菜素纳米乳对CCl_4诱导肝纤维化大鼠具有明显的保肝和抗纤维化作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of apigenin nanoemulsion on liver protection and anti-fibrosis of CCl 4 -induced liver fibrosis in rats. Methods: Rat model of hepatic fibrosis was induced by CCl_4. The rats were given gavage once a day for 8 weeks. Blood and liver were collected 24 h after the last administration, and serum levels of ALT, AST, ALP and LDH, indexes of liver fibrosis (HA, LN, Ⅲ-C, Ⅳ-C) MDA, Hyp content and SOD, GSH-Px activity were observed liver pathological changes. Results: The liver injury and liver fibrosis in model group were significantly improved. The liver function and hepatic fibrosis in each group were improved to some extent. The HE staining and Masson staining showed that the degree of hepatic lesion in model group was significantly lower than that in model group . Conclusion: Apigenin nanoemulsion has obvious hepatoprotective and anti-fibrotic effect on rats with CCl_4-induced hepatic fibrosis.
