尽管激励并不严格属于绩效管理的范畴,但激励体系与绩效管理过程密不可分,绩效评估的结果必须与企业的激励体系有效结合,才能使绩效管理能够得以持续运转。
Although the incentive does not strictly belong to the category of performance management, the incentive system is closely linked with the performance management process. The result of the performance evaluation must be effectively integrated with the incentive system of the enterprise so that the performance management can be continuously operated.
