目的:观察丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液在不同pH值输液中的稳定性,为临床合理选择大输液及相关药物的配伍提供依据。方法:配制一系列不同pH值的5%葡萄糖注射液和0.9%氯化钠注射液,加入丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液,观察溶液的稳定性。结果:输液pH在4.2以上稳定,在4.0~4.2之间部分出现混浊,在4.0以下容易析出结晶。结论:配制含丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠的输液宜选用偏中性的0.9%氯化钠注射液,不宜选择偏酸性的5%葡萄糖注射液,避免和酸性药物配伍。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the stability of sodium tanshinone Ⅱ A sulfonate injection in different pH infusion, and provide the basis for the clinical reasonable compatibility of large infusion and related drugs. Methods: A series of 5% glucose injection and 0.9% sodium chloride injection with different pH values were prepared. Sodium tanshinone Ⅱ A sulfonate injection was added to observe the stability of the solution. Results: Infusion pH was stable above 4.2, with turbidity between 4.0 and 4.2. Crystals were easily precipitated below 4.0. Conclusion: The formula containing sodium tanshinone Ⅱ A sulfonate infusion should use partial neutral 0.9% sodium chloride injection, should not choose acidic 5% glucose injection, to avoid and acidic drug compatibility.
