股份合作制是现代企业制度中的一种企业组织形式。本文拟从毕节市的实践出发,谈谈对股份合作制的一些看法。大胆试验积极推行股份合作制毕节市93年就对新上的54个项目全部实行股份合作制,入股资金1200万元,占当年项目建设投入的90%,实现了当年投入、当年建设、当年见效的目标,乡镇企业发展速度比上年增51%,利税比上年增1000多万元,企业收入比上年增8000多万元。
