滚动轴承的主要失效形式是滚道的点蚀和剥落,使之在运转专时产生较大的振动和噪声,并伴随一定的温升。早期经验监测,是用手触及轴承座,判断其温升的大小;采用螺丝刀、木杆等简易工具,靠耳朵来监听噪声。我厂自1982年,引进瑞典SPM Instrument公司制造的SPM-43A(Shock Pulse Meter 43A)脉冲冲击检测仪(简称SPM脉冲仪),用于滚动轴承的运行状态的监测和诊断。其原理是通过测量轴承在运转过程中,滚动体与轴承内、外圈之间,由于轴承的损坏等因素产生的冲击脉冲值的大小,来判断轴承的运行状态,从而使轴承监则从长期的经验监测进入定量分析。
