县级结核病防治机构,是全县结核病防治业务的技术指导中心。德州地区由于经济、人员、设备等情况无力建立独立的结核病防治机构。1981年由县防疫站地方病科兼管防痨工作。1984年以后,各县防疫站相继成立了结防科,科内设立门诊及防治业务等,行使县结防所的职能。具体工作方法如下。一、防疫站内加强结防科建设 1984年开始,全地区6个县在防疫站内设立结防科,5～6名专业人员(科长、医生、放射、化验、药剂),由一名业务副站长管理防痨。防痨工作纳入站内议事日程,和站内其他科室具同等工作条件和生活待遇。如配备有诊断室、X线机室、化验室、药房,有的县尚有痰结核菌培养设备。防疫经费统筹使用。二、设立结核门诊结核门诊负责开展本县防痨业务工作,如制定防治计划、肺结核病人的查、管、治和病例登记、统计、
