叙述了高炉热风炉流量优化设定专家系统,其特点是不要求完善的基础自动化和复杂、昂贵的分析仪器。根据鞍钢实际情况,专家系统自动设定热风炉各加热期的煤气和空气流量,在达到废气温度管理期时,自动计算剩余加热时间和按此自动修正设定的流量,系统还按实际预热煤气和空气温度与预定值偏差、换炉的剩余蓄热量以及热风温度和流量偏差自动修正所设定热风炉各加热期的流量。此外还能在预热空气压力变化时自动修正空气阀门位置。本系统在实际应用中,取得良好效果。
