本文描述了应用新型有机碱代替和改进传统三元复合驱用的无机碱(如:碳酸钠和氢氧化钠)的新工艺,评价了碱、表面活性剂、聚合物三元配方中的有机碱。将有机碱对界面张力、吸附和黏度的影响与原配方中常规无机碱的影响进行了比较,结果表明,含有高总溶解固体和高浓度二价阳离子的盐水能与有机碱相容,有机碱可用于未软化盐水中而且在某些情况下它们比普通碱的效果更好。有机碱的优势在于它可以改进与未软化盐水、表面活性剂和聚合物的相容性,其无毒、可生物降解的特性使其特别适用于环境敏感区域,如海上或内陆湖泊。
In this paper, a new process of replacing and improving inorganic bases (such as sodium carbonate and sodium hydroxide) used in traditional ternary compound flooding is described in this paper. The effects of alkali, surfactant and organic base in polymer ternary formulation . The effects of organic bases on interfacial tension, adsorption and viscosity were compared with those of conventional inorganic bases. The results showed that the brine containing high total dissolved solids and high concentration of divalent cations could be compatible with organic bases. It can be used in unsalted brine and in some cases they perform better than normal bases. The advantage of organic bases is that they improve compatibility with non-softened brines, surfactants, and polymers, and their non-toxic, biodegradable properties make them particularly suitable for use in environmentally sensitive areas such as at sea or inland lakes.
