目的 探讨地龙对痔术后创面愈合的影响。方法 将人工养殖的鲜地龙制成的溶液喷洒于实验动物及混合痔手术后患者的创面,观察其创面的炎症情况、愈合情况以及各实验观测指标的变化,并与对照组进行比较。结果 动物实验中,地龙能抑制金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌及绿脓杆菌的生长; 实验组创面愈合时间较对照组提前了4 天;第4 、7 天实验组动物创面的毛细血管数、血管腔内皮细胞数及间质成纤维细胞数均较对照组明显增多,上皮细胞分裂象也高于对照组,第4 天的间皮细胞分裂象也高于对照组; 自第3 天始创面愈合及肉芽充填速度实验组明显快于对照组。临床实验中 ,实验组创面愈合时间平均16 .5 天,较对照组(21 .2 天) 明显缩短; 用药后3 天内表皮生长速度明显快于对照组,且无创面感染及肉芽过度增生。结论 地龙能抑制创面的炎症反应,并促进其愈合; 该制剂价廉,易保存,可用于痔术后创面以促进其愈合。
Objective To investigate the effect of earthworm on heal wound healing after hemorrhoid operation. Methods The solution of freshly cultivated fresh dewlap was sprayed on the wound surface of experimental animals and patients after mixed hemorrhoid operation. Inflammation, healing and changes of each experimental observation were observed and compared with those of the control group. Results In the experiment of animals, earthworm can inhibit the growth of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The wound healing time in the experimental group was 4 days earlier than that in the control group. On the 4th and 7th days, the number of capillaries, The number of vascular endothelial cells and interstitial fibroblasts were significantly increased compared with the control group, epithelial cell division was higher than the control group, the fourth day of mesothelial cell division was also higher than the control group; Healing and granulation filling speed experimental group was significantly faster than the control group. In clinical trials, the experimental group wound healing time average 16. 5 days, compared with the control group (21.2 days) was significantly shorter; 3 days after treatment epidermal growth was significantly faster than the control group, and no wound infection and granulation hyperplasia. Conclusion Dracaena can inhibit the inflammatory reaction of the wound and promote its healing. The preparation is cheap and easy to preserve, and can be used in hemorrhoid wound to promote healing.
