利用酰胺化基团与羧基在一定的缓冲液中表现出不同的带电性和疏水性,建立了以毛细管电泳为基础的多肽C端酰胺化结构分析和酰胺化酶活性测定的新方法。
The amidated groups and carboxyl groups showed different chargeability and hydrophobicity in a certain buffer. A new method for the determination of amidation of C-terminal amidated peptides based on capillary electrophoresis was established.
