目的　探讨睾丸离断再植术方法 .方法　应用显微外科技术吻合精索内动脉、精索内静脉、输精管静脉及输精管 ,再植双侧睾丸 ;阴囊皮肤坏死后 ,用阴囊根环形皮瓣覆盖中央区创面 ,同时用双侧大腿内侧皮瓣覆盖阴囊根部手术创面 .结果　成活一侧睾丸 ,而另一侧睾丸坏死 .3个月后复查 ,左侧睾丸大小及硬度正常 ,成形的阴囊形状逼真 ,第二性征无明显变化 ,出现阴茎勃起 ,血清睾丸酮达正常水平 .结论　吻合输精管静脉是低位睾丸再植成败的关键 ;同时应作阴囊再植 ,阴囊皮肤坏死后用阴囊根部残存皮瓣成形阴囊是较理想的方法 . Objective To explore the methods of replantation of testicular severion.Methods Microscope technique was used to coincide with spermatic cord, spermatic vein, vas deferens vein and vas deferens and replantation of both testis. After scrotal skin necrosis, The wounds in the central area were covered with the bilateral thigh medial flaps to cover the scrotal root of the wounds.Results One side of the testis and the other side of the testicle were necrotic.After 3 months of review, the size and hardness of the left testis were normal, , No significant changes in secondary sexual characteristics, penile erection, serum testosterone up to normal levels.Conclusion Vasectomial vein is the key to the success or failure of low testicular replantation; scrotal replantation should be made at the same time, scrotum necrosis of the skin with the residual scrotum root flap formation Scrotum is the ideal method.
