目的:对浙江于潜产白术的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用乙醇回流法提取,经硅胶柱色谱及制备高效液相色谱法等进行分离纯化,并通过理化常数测定和波谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果:从浙江于潜产白术中分离鉴定了7个化合物,分别为:(1)蒲公英萜醇乙酸酯、(2)白术内酯Ⅱ、(3)邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯、(4)邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、(5)杜松脑、(6)白术内酯Ⅰ、(7)白术内酯Ⅲ。结论:化合物(3)、(4)为首次从苍术属植物白术中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of Atractylodes macrocephala in Zhejiang province. Methods: The ethanol extract was extracted by silica gel column chromatography and preparative high performance liquid chromatography. The chemical structure was identified by physico-chemical constants and spectral analysis. Results: Seven compounds were isolated and identified from Atractylodes macrocephala in Zhejiang province. They were (1) triterpene alcohol acetate, (2) atractamel II, (3) diisobutyl phthalate, 4) dibutyl phthalate, (5) juniperine, (6) atractylodes lactone Ⅰ, and (7) atractylenolide Ⅲ. Conclusion: Compounds (3) and (4) were isolated from Atractylodes macrocephala for the first time.
