肾上腺疾病的诊断中,困难的是确诊肾上腺病变是肿瘤还是增生,和对肿瘤的定位。但这对手术治疗却至关重要。肾上腺血管造影可以显示肾上腺的真实图象。我院自1971年起共行36例,现报告如下。临床资料我院1971～1983年为诊断肾上腺疾病而行血管造影者共36例,男∶女=21∶15。年龄17～54岁,平均32岁。其中疑嗜铬细胞瘤患者共22例,柯兴氏综合征患者14例。疑嗜铬细胞瘤患者中仅作腹主动脉造影共5例。手术证实肿瘤者仅1例,误诊3例。1例肾上 In the diagnosis of adrenal diseases, it is difficult to determine whether the adrenal lesion is a tumor or a hyperplasia, and the location of the tumor. But this is crucial for surgical treatment. Adrenal angiography can show real images of the adrenal glands. Our hospital has conducted 36 cases since 1971. The current report is as follows. Clinical data A total of 36 patients who underwent angiography to diagnose adrenal diseases from 1971 to 1983 in our hospital were male and female = 21:15. Age 17 to 54 years old, an average of 32 years old. Of these, 22 were suspected pheochromocytoma and 14 were Cushing’s syndrome. Only 5 patients with suspected pheochromocytoma had abdominal aortography. Only 1 case was confirmed by surgery, and 3 cases were misdiagnosed. 1 case of kidney
