随着社会的不断进步,我国社会主义制度也在不断完善,并且在近些年来取得了显著的成就。在这日新月异的时期下,政工师不但可以推动企业快速发展,还可以增强企业自身的凝聚力,所以政工师的工作能力与自身修养仍需要进一步提升。在采取完善政工师自身能力的同时,还需要始终贯彻全国两会精神,做到充分掌握目前实际情况,着手处理统一战线工作,时刻铭记习近平总书记所提出的重要精神。
With the constant progress of the society, the socialist system in our country is also constantly improving, and remarkable progress has been made in recent years. In this period of rapid change, political workers can not only promote the rapid development of enterprises, but also enhance the cohesion of enterprises themselves. Therefore, the ability of political workers and their self-cultivation still need to be further improved. While improving the ability of political workers themselves, we must also consistently implement the spirit of the NPC and CPPCC so as to fully grasp the current situation and handle the work on the united front.
