我国是一个多民族的国家,由于地大物博,历史悠久,在我国的各个地区都有不同的民族和人口分布着。其中,原住民是我国领土上较早定居的人口。原住民对于国家的政治,经济和文化的贡献是不可以忽视的。但是随着国家经济发展速度的加快,人口流动性的增加,原住民群体的很多权利都受到了很大程度上的侵犯,但是由于国家法律在原住民权力保护方面还有很多不完善的地方,因此急需要我们对这些问题进行对策研究。本文就原住民权利的保护方面的法律问题和对策进行了分点论述。
As a multi-ethnic country, our country has a long history and abundant distributions of different ethnic groups and populations in various regions of our country. Among them, indigenous peoples are the earlier settlers in our territory. Indigenous peoples can not ignore the political, economic and cultural contributions of the country. However, with the acceleration of national economic growth and the increase of population mobility, many rights of Indigenous Peoples groups have been violated to a large extent. However, due to the many imperfections in the protection of aboriginal rights provided by national laws, Urgently need us to carry out countermeasures on these issues. This article discusses the legal issues and countermeasures of the protection of the rights of Indigenous Peoples.
