是不是只要运动了,就能增进健康、远离疾病呢?既对又不对。因为,有的运动能增强体质、提高人体免疫力,有的运动却起不到积极作用,还可能会起到消极作用,如慢性疲劳、体能下降、免疫力降低,甚至出现某些意外。所以,有识之士提出:只有科学运动,才对健康有益。
Is it possible to improve health and stay away from illness as long as it is exercised?
