用我国高杆品种和三个由不同主基因控制的籼型半矮杆材料作测验种,通过配组分析了美国籼型半矮杆种质83N1041株高的遗传行为。所有组合F1的株高显著高于双亲,表现超亲遗传,F2的株高呈连续的近似正态分布或多峰分布,BC1的株高完全呈正态分布。遗传分析表明,该半矮杆材料的矮生性是由多基因控制的,其基因效应以加性效应和显性效应为主。本文还讨论了83N1041的利用价值
The genetic behavior of 83N1041 high heading indica type dwarf germplasms in China was analyzed by using the Chinese high-stem varieties and three indica semi-dwarf materials controlled by different major genes. The plant height of F1 in all combinations was significantly higher than that of parents, which showed super-ancestral inheritance. The plant height of F2 was continuous with approximately normal distribution or multi-peak distribution. The plant height of BC1 was completely normal distribution. Genetic analysis showed that the dwarfism of the semi - dwarf material was controlled by polygenes, and its gene effect was dominated by additive and dominant effects. This article also discusses the value of 83N1041
