1 前言 氢氧化钠对金属设备的腐蚀是制约烧碱工业发展的重要因素之一。目前,烧碱产品主要有两种规格:32~50%的液碱与96%以上的固碱。而近年来的研究与经济分析表明:生产氢氧化钠浓度为73~74%的低浓度的固碱具有明显的优点—生产简单,能耗低,产品易于贮存与运输等,特别是将国内产量很大的隔膜液碱加工成低浓度的固碱更有实际意义。该产品开发的关键之一乃是解决碱液(特别是隔膜碱)对设备的腐蚀问题。
