为了完成超大盾构掘进机的制造,对ME360 t门式双梁起重机的机械结构、电气控制系统和多钩联动监控系统进行的技术改造。着重介绍了对起重机在机械结构、小车电气控制方式,起重机主起升运行控制系统,以及提升起重机现场主钩同步控制运行实时调节与控制能力等方面的技术改造。
In order to complete the manufacture of large shield boring machine, the technical transformation of the mechanical structure, electrical control system and multi-hook monitoring system of ME360 t portal double girder crane was carried out. This paper mainly introduced the technological transformation of the crane in the aspects of mechanical structure, electrical control mode of the trolley, the control system of the main lifting operation of the crane and the real-time adjustment and control ability of the main hook synchronization control operation on the crane.
