民以食为天,人体所需要的大部分营养都是从每天的饮食中获得的。尤其是老年人,更应在不断完善每日食谱,做到可口适量的基础上,最大限度地补充身体的需要,调节人体机能,达到健康长寿之目的。然而,在现时生活中,却存在不少错配“鸳鸯谱”现象,食后不但得不到营养素,还会引起不良反应,值得注意。 菠菜豆腐汤,影响钙吸收:菠菜或大葱和豆腐同吃时,菠菜中的草酸和豆腐里的钙质结合生成不溶解的草酸钙,影响人体对钙质的吸收,而且使人易患结石症。
