在现代电弧炉中,熔渣起泡技术广泛应用于保护耐火材料免遭电弧的损害。已充分确认该技术除了有降低噪声的优点外,还可以节约电能和降低耐火材料和电极的消耗。然而人们并没有注意到该技术对钢的质量也有影响。电弧炉内的熔渣起泡和石灰喷吹对所产钢的质量的影响已经作过研究。熔渣起泡技术应用的特点是降低钢中非金属夹杂物的含量。在6吨电弧炉中石灰喷吹技术的应用表明该技术对脱硫过程的作用十分显著。喷吹石灰3~4kg/t 钢能有效地减少钢中的含硫量达19~33wt%。
In modern electric arc furnaces, slag blistering technology is widely used to protect refractory materials from electric arc damage. It has been fully confirmed that in addition to the noise reduction technique, this technology can also save power and reduce the consumption of refractory materials and electrodes. However, people did not notice that this technique had an impact on the quality of the steel. The effects of slag blistering and lime injection in the EAF on the quality of the steel produced have been studied. Application of slag blister technology is characterized by reducing the content of non-metallic inclusions in steel. The application of lime injection technology in a 6-ton electric arc furnace shows that the effect of this technology on the desulfurization process is significant. Pulverized lime 3 ~ 4kg / t steel can effectively reduce the sulfur content of steel up to 19 ~ 33wt%.
