经济要发展,体制要转型,思想政治工作应当率先实现转型。笔者认为,转型不仅是动态、与时俱进的,更应该是系统完善、关注职工各方面需求的。只有建立一个集宣传引导机制、学习培训机制、考核激励机制、文化建设机制和人文关怀机制“五位一体”的思想政治工作体系,才能真正做到以文化人,以情感人,以理服人,以福励人,才能帮助职工顺利度过思想心理纠结期,才能保障和加快交通事业转型发展。
Economic development, institutional transformation, and ideological and political work should be the first to achieve transformation. The author believes that the transformation is not only dynamic, advancing with the times, but also should be systematic improvement, attention to all aspects of staff needs. Only by establishing an ideological and political work system integrating publicity and guidance mechanisms, learning and training mechanisms, assessment and incentive mechanisms, cultural construction mechanisms and humanistic care mechanisms, can we truly take cultural, emotional, and rational Fulfilling people and encouraging people to help them get through the tangled period of ideological and psychological well-being can they guarantee and accelerate the transformation and development of transportation.
