目的:分析干预前后剖宫产手术围手术期预防性使用抗菌药的对比情况,了解围手术期抗菌药管理和干预措施的效果。方法:采用回顾性调查对2011年10~12月196例及2012年10~12月210例行剖宫产手术的出院病例抗菌药使用情况进行统计分析。结果:预防性抗菌使用的不合理率从干预前的77.55%下降为干预后的17.62%,抗菌药的使用不合理性明显降低(P<0.05)。但在药物选择、疗程、剂量等方面仍存在不合理现象。结论:干预措施对减少抗菌药应用的不合理现象作用明显,但不合理用药现象仍存在,需进一步加强监督和管理。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the perioperative prophylactic use of antibacterials in cesarean section before and after intervention, and to understand the effect of perioperative antibacterials management and interventions. Methods: A retrospective survey was conducted to analyze the use of antibacterials in 196 cases from October to December in 2011 and 210 cases in cesarean in 2012 to December 2012. Results: The unreasonable rate of prophylactic antibacterial use decreased from 77.55% before intervention to 17.62% after intervention, and the irrational use of antibacterials decreased significantly (P <0.05). However, drug selection, treatment, dosage and other aspects still exist unreasonable phenomenon. Conclusion: Interventions have a significant effect on reducing the irrational use of antimicrobial agents, but the irrational use of drugs still exists and supervision and management need to be further strengthened.
