小直径深孔精加工是比较困难的,我们在加工图1液压阀主阀孔时采用整体式浮动铰刀,表面粗糙度可达到Rα1.6~0.8μm,再经过金刚石铰刀加工达到或超过图1要求。小直径浮动铰刀如按国标GB4254-80硬质合金可调节浮动铰刀结构设计制造,将给制造工艺造成较多问题(标准中铰刀最小直径为φ30mm)同时刀具成本增加,如采用自制加长机铰刀,则存在加工同轴度误差,为此笔者根据阀体材料,批量等方面的特点,设计了一种整体浮动铰刀(图2)。
