目的筛选糖肾宁颗粒的提取工艺路线并优选水提部分工艺。方法以KK-Ay小鼠制备糖尿病肾病模型,采用酶联免疫法测定24 h尿微量白蛋白含量,通过比较不同提取物给药前后微量白蛋白含量变化确定提取工艺路线;水提部分以加水倍数、提取时间、提取次数为主要影响因素,大黄酸转移率为评价指标,采用正交试验设计优化提取工艺条件。结果路线2降低尿微量白蛋白含量效果最好;优选的糖肾宁方水提部分最佳提取工艺为加10倍水提取3次,每次1.5 h。结论药效学试验确定了适宜的提取路线,优选的水提工艺条件稳定可行。
