基于对现行巷道围岩中锚杆钻机工作现状和施工工艺的分析,指出锚杆钻机在工作中存在定位精度低、施工难度大、工作效率低以及施工后锚杆支护效果差的弊端。针对其所存在的缺点,在综合考虑井下施工环境、施工工艺以及锚杆钻机设备等因素的影响下,提出了工作效率高、合理的锚杆钻机改进方法。通过建立方便、高效的自动定位数学模型来实现锚杆钻机的自动定位。
Based on the analysis of current status and construction technology of bolt drilling machine in the surrounding rock of roadway, it is pointed out that the bolt drilling rig has the disadvantages of low positioning accuracy, difficult construction, low working efficiency and poor bolt supporting effect after construction. In view of its shortcomings, this paper puts forward an improved method of drilling rig with high working efficiency and reasonable efficiency under the influence of factors such as downhole construction environment, construction technology and bolt rig equipment. Through the establishment of convenient and efficient automatic positioning mathematical model to realize the automatic positioning of the drilling rig.
