苏里格气田属典型低压、低渗、低产的“三低”气田,总体上看储层物性较差,常规水平井开发效率较低,中低产井占绝大多数。为了提高苏里格气田水平井单井产量,提高开发效率,降低综合开发成本,针对苏里格气田多套气藏发育的地质特点,开展了分支水平井钻完井技术研究及现场试验。从施工难点、井身结构、侧钻技术、完井方式等方面介绍了苏里格气田首口双分支水平井——T7-14-18H井的钻完井关键技术及现场实施情况。该井成功实现了水平井段裸眼完井+分段压裂增产改造,初步探索出了一套符合苏里格气田开发需要的分支水平井钻完井配套技术,为低渗透油气田经济高效开发探索出了一条新的技术途径。
The Sulige gas field is a typical low-pressure, low-permeability and low-yielding “three low” gas field. Generally speaking, the reservoir properties are poor, the development efficiency of conventional horizontal wells is low, and the majority of low-yield wells account for the vast majority. In order to improve single-well horizontal well productivity, improve development efficiency and reduce comprehensive development cost in Sulige gas field, aiming at the geological characteristics of multiple sets of gas reservoirs in Sulige gas field, the research on horizontal well completion and drilling technology and site test were carried out. This paper introduces the key technologies of drilling and completion and their field implementation from the construction difficulty, wellbore structure, sidetracking technology, completion method and other aspects in the first bifurcated horizontal well in the Sulige gas field. The well has successfully realized the open hole completion + fracturing stimulation stimulation in the horizontal well, and has initially explored a set of supporting technologies for horizontal well drilling and completion in line with the development needs of the Sulige gas field, exploring the economical and efficient development of low permeability oil and gas fields A new technical way out.
