本文从企业与员工的交互视角,分析了科研设计企业知识型员工的特点和管理中存在的问题,并结合管理实际,提出了几点具体的管理策略,为科研设计企业更有效地管理知识型员工提供一定的参考。
Based on the interaction between enterprises and employees, this paper analyzes the characteristics and problems of knowledge workers in scientific research and design enterprises, and puts forward some concrete management strategies in accordance with the actual conditions of management.
