In recent years, the strategy of building strong areas for national culture promulgated by the government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has created new ideas and new paths for the development of tourism and the industrialization of culture as the major forms of regional society and economic development. In the past ten years, the “Forum on Grassland Culture in Inner Mongolia, China,” held once a year, is a profound academic seminar on the theoretical guidance and practical application of the exploration of grassland culture development.
