本文是在北方交大应用系统分析研究所和哈尔滨铁路局共同主持的科研项目《提高哈尔滨铁路枢纽综合能力网络系统分析》的研究成果基础上撰写的。文章运用运输系统分析的理论和方法,论证了哈枢纽在路网中的功能与地位;从理论和实践上提出和论证了实行从均衡中要能力的控制原则;建立了运量预测的回归模型;提出了提高分散布局的大型放射环形枢纽各主要站的分工寻优原则;对哈尔滨编组站下行系统实行三级三场混合开行方案,从理论和实践上进行了分析与论证。
This article is written on the basis of the research results of Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, and Harbin Institute of Technology. The article uses the theory and method of transportation system analysis to demonstrate the function and position of Harbin hub in the road network. It puts forward and demonstrates the control principle that requires ability from equilibrium in theory and practice, establishes the regression model ; Put forward the principle of division of labor among all the major stations of distributed large radial circular hubs; put forward a three-stage three-hybrid hybrid scheme to the downlink system of Harbin Marshalling Station, which is analyzed and demonstrated theoretically and practically.
