阴虱病主要为性接触传播,近几年来其发病率呈上升趋势。我院皮肤科自1991年6月至1991年12月共诊治阴虱病11例,其中5例在院外误诊,1例在本科误诊,现报告如下。资料本组男5例,女1例;年龄25～36岁,平均29.5岁;职业:供销员2例,个体经商2例,汽车司机及待业人员各1例,其中5例有性乱史,1例同时患有淋病。病程4～13个月,误诊时间最长11个月,最短2个月。在首次就诊时,被误 Pubic lice mainly spread by sexual contact, its incidence in recent years is on the rise.
