本文讨论高阻应用于弱电流测量中的有关问题,对于为保证其测量精度而需要精确标定高阻阻值的问题将予以重点讨论,并向读者提供一个简单易行的高阻标定方法。 所谓高阻值电阻(以下简称高阻)一般指阻值在10~6~10~(14)Ω间的电阻,它在弱电流测量中有着广泛的应用。最常用的弱电流测量方法基本上有两种:一种是电容积分法以及由它派生出来的其它方法;另一种为高阻采样法。前一种方法所测得的往往是某段时间内被测电流的平均值,后一种方法既可用于稳态测量,也可用于瞬态测量,因其瞬态时间响应好而有着广泛的应用。
This article discusses the application of high impedance in weak current measurements, and highlights the need to accurately calibrate high-impedance values to ensure their accuracy and provides readers with a simple and easy method of high-impedance calibration. The so-called high-resistance (hereinafter referred to as the high resistance) generally refers to resistance in the 10 ~ 6 ~ 10 ~ (14) Ω resistance between, it has a wide range of applications in the weak current measurement. The most commonly used weak current measurement methods are basically two kinds: one is the capacitance integral method and other methods derived from it; the other is high impedance sampling method. The former method usually measures the average of the measured current over a period of time. The latter method can be used for both steady-state measurement and transient measurement because of its good transient response and wide application.
