应用电子显微镜观察大鼠肠型放射病时小肠上皮细胞超微结构的动态变化以及WR—2721的辐射防护作用。根据照射后3天10个时间点的病理损伤分析显示肠型放射病时动物活存期间隐窝及绒毛上皮细胞结构具有一定动态节律变化,早期细胞结构损伤明显,出现大量分裂期死亡细胞,间期细胞也有明显的结构损伤表现,后期损伤细胞逐渐被清除致上皮细胞的数量减少。畸形细胞可能由损伤的幼稚形态细胞转变而来。WR—2721对细胞结构的损
