观察大鼠冷适应2周到3个月后,其肝核糖体相关蛋白质经盐析后的A部分,在DEAE-Cellulose上层析得到的峰Ⅱ比正常组明显升高(冷/正比值为3.50-5.42)。盐析后的B部分,在Sephadex G-100上层析得到的峰Ⅱ比正常组低(冷/正比值为0.433-0.481)。这些变化可能系冷适应过程有新的适应性基因表达。
After 2 weeks to 3 months of cold acclimation, the peak II of the hepatic ribosome-related protein after salting-out was significantly higher than that of the normal group by DEAE-Cellulose chromatography (the cold / normal ratio was 3.50 -5.42). Part B after salting out showed a lower peak II on Sephadex G-100 than the normal group (cold / normal ratio 0.433-0.481). These changes may be the cold adaptation process has a new adaptive gene expression.
