又到夏季。啤酒的故事会因这个季节的到来,更加生动、精彩。与往年不同的是,今年有着一个更为精彩的序幕:3月29日,在远离广州的上海花园饭店,广州珠江啤酒集团与比利时英特布鲁(Interbrew)集团缔结“秦晋之好”。正率团在上海访问的比利时首相伏思达(Guyverhofstadt)亲临现场,为其证“婚”。此后,英特布鲁将成为珠啤集团改制上市的发起人之一,拥有珠江啤酒股份公司不超过25％的股份,成为除珠啤外五个发起人中第一大股东。拉开精彩的序幕,是否就更为精彩,人们拭目以待。
It’s summer again. The story of beer will be more vivid and exciting due to the arrival of this season. The difference from previous years is that this year has a more prosperous prelude: On March 29th, at the Shanghai Garden Hotel away from Guangzhou, Guangzhou Zhujiang Beer Group and Interbrew Group of Belgium concluded the “Qin Jin is good.” The Belgian Prime Minister Guyverhofstadt, who was visiting Shanghai, was present at the scene to prove his “marriage”. Since then, Interbra will become one of the sponsors of Zhuhai Brewing Group’s restructuring and listing, and owns not more than 25% of the shares of Zhujiang Brewing Co., Ltd., becoming the largest shareholder among the five sponsors besides Zhu Beer. It will be even more exciting if people open a wonderful curtain. People will wait and see.
