目的 为提高中晚期肺癌治疗效果,对62例中晚期肺癌行支气管动脉灌注抗癌药物治疗。方法 采用Seldinger’s法行支气管动脉插管介入治疗。结果 鳞癌26例,腺癌18例,小细胞未分化癌2例,腺鳞癌5例,大细胞未分化癌2例。显效(CR)7例,有效(CR+PR)38例,无变化及疾病进展(NC+PD)24例。结论 治疗效果,鳞癌好于其它病理类型,多血管型好于少血管型,中心型好于周边型,肺转移癌几乎无临床疗效。 Objective To improve the treatment effect of lung cancer in middle and late stage, 62 patients with advanced lung cancer were treated with bronchial arterial infusion of anticancer drugs. Methods Seldinger’s method was used to treat bronchial arterial intubation. Results There were 26 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, 18 cases of adenocarcinoma, 2 cases of small cell undifferentiated carcinoma, 5 cases of adenosquamous carcinoma and 2 cases of large cell undifferentiated carcinoma. Markedly effective (CR) in 7 cases, effective (CR+PR) in 38 cases, no change and disease progression (NC+PD) in 24 cases. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of squamous cell carcinoma is better than that of other pathological types. The multi-vessel type is better than the small-vessel type. The central type is better than the peripheral type, and the lung metastasis has almost no clinical efficacy.
