近几年来,世界经济进入普遍不景气或曰低速增长阶段,然而,以中国、日本、“亚洲四小”、东盟等为代表的西太地区经济却“一枝独秀”,保持了良好的增长势头。与此同时,我们也应看到,随着欧洲统一大市场的形成和运作及北美自由贸易区协议的正式生效,亚太经济也必将产生新的变化。那么,亚太地区经济将会有哪些新变化,对我国的对外贸易产生怎样的影响?对这些问题的认识将有助于我们及时调整国际经济战略,以期继续保持良好的经济发展局面。
In recent years, the world economy has entered a general downturn or a period of slow growth. However, the economy in the western region represented by China, Japan, the “Four Small Asians” and the ASEAN has maintained its “excellent performance” and maintained a good momentum of growth. At the same time, we should also see that with the formation and operation of a unified European market and the formal entry into force of the North American Free Trade Area agreement, there will surely be a new change in the Asia-Pacific economy.
