实施HSE管理体系3年来,河南油田一直致力于建设符合企业自身实际的安全文化。如今,安全文化已经深深植根于河南油田,渗透于油田各项工作,表现于生产、生活场所的各个角落。职工的安全意识在潜移默化中得到提高,职工的行为在浓厚的安全文化氛围中得以规范。河南油田的安全生产状况也在逐年改善。
Implementation of HSE management system Over the past three years, Henan Oilfield has been committed to building a safety culture that is in line with the actual conditions of the enterprises themselves. Today, the safety culture has been deeply rooted in Henan oilfields and infiltrated various fields in the oilfield, showing in every corner of the production and daily life. The sense of security of employees is improved in a subtle way, and employees’ behaviors are regulated in a strong safety culture. Henan oil production safety situation is also improving year by year.
