目的：探讨Deluxe-PS型与PFC Sigma RP型假体在膝关节置换中的应用效果。方法：选择在某院进行治疗的102例膝关节炎患者,按入院顺序分甲组、乙组,每组51例。甲乙2组患者均通过膝关节置换术进行治疗,甲组患者选用Deluxe-PS型假体,乙组患者选用PFC Sigma RP型假体,评价甲乙2组患者的中出血量、手术时间、KSS评分、膝关节活动度、HSS评分、假体屈曲角度以及外翻角。结果：乙组患者的术中出血量、手术时间均高于甲组患者,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。乙组患者的KSS评分、膝关节活
