As an 80-year-old teacher who is going to run Ben-Sa, hears the same remark. It has been five years since I stumbled on this education trip, and when I did not step out of university, I was not afraid of a tiger. What more should I do? When I read a handbook on the issue of students’ I learned a lot, learned a lot, but also think a lot. The author’s answer is - to mature. It is true that a mature teacher should have many conditions, such as love of education, establishment of good ethics, rich and effective professional knowledge and professional skills, love of students, solidarity of colleagues, support for leadership, and so on. Now, I just want to combine the author’s greatest resonance with the book in the real education situation. The concrete analysis of the specific situation, as a post-80s teacher, especially when it comes to dealing with problem students maturity specific signs.
