High pressure liquid chromatography (H PLC) has been rapidly developed since Kirchland et al. (1971) solved the pressure-resistant filler and other related devices and has been widely used in industry, especially in coal, petroleum, biochemistry and medicine. H PLC has not seen application in anesthesia clinical. The purpose of this experiment is to explore experience from both the operational method and clinical application of separation and analysis.
