针对油田现有的方钻杆防溅钻井液接头在使用上寿命短,结构单一,防溅效果不明显,制造成本高等缺陷,设计了螺旋式双作用方钻杆钻井液防溅接头。这种接头是由接头体、底盘、阀体、导向盘、阀座、支撑内套、内挡圈、主弹簧、导向销、副弹簧、密封圈等组成。在钻井停泵接单根时,阀体受弹簧和螺旋滑道的作用,阀体边旋转边关闭。当开泵时,阀体受泵压和弹簧的作用力,当泵压达到一定数值后,阀体便停留在一固定位置进行工作。该螺旋式双作用方钻杆防溅钻井液接头,已在胜利油田多口油井的钻采中试用,具有使用寿命长,防溅效果显著等特点。
In view of the short life span, single structure, insignificant splashing effect and high manufacturing cost, the existing square drill spillway drilling fluid connector in the oilfield is designed with a spiral double-acting square drill stem splashback. The joint is composed of a joint body, a chassis, a valve body, a guide plate, a valve seat, a supporting inner sleeve, an inner ring, a main spring, a guide pin, a pair of springs, a seal ring and the like. When the pump is stopped and connected to a single pump, the valve body is affected by the spring and the helical slide, and the valve body is closed while rotating. When the pump is turned on, the valve body is subjected to pump pressure and spring force. When the pump pressure reaches a certain value, the valve body stays in a fixed position to work. The spiral double action square drill spillway drilling fluid connector, has been in Shengli Oilfield multi-well drilling trial, with a long service life, significant anti-splash effect and so on.
