蒙谚有“最干净的水是泉水,最精练的语言是谚语”。可见,蒙古族谚语虽短小精炼,却深深地蕴藏着蒙古族所特有的民族文化及风情习俗。它以我们平常司空见惯的事物映射深刻的道理,是蒙古族传统文化的精髓所在。本文以传播蒙古族文化为出发点,分析蒙古族谚语的审美特色及民族文化特色,在此基础上探索其英译策略,以期为蒙古族文化的对外传播贡献绵薄之力。
Proverbs have “The cleanest water is spring, the most refined language is a proverb ”. It can be seen that although Mongolian proverbs are short and short, they profoundly contain the Mongolian national culture and customs. It maps the profound truth to what we commonly see and is the essence of Mongolian traditional culture. Based on the dissemination of Mongolian culture, this paper analyzes the aesthetic characteristics and ethnic cultural features of Mongolian proverbs and explores the tactics of English translation in order to make a contribution to the Mongolian cultural transmission.
