本试验于1984年在室内进行。供试材料为大黄黍。三十烷醇为0.1%的乳剂。试验采取浓度和浸种二因素随机区组试验法。其中浓度分0.1ppm、0.5ppm、1.0ppm 三个水平,浸种时间分8小时、12小时、24小时。以清水浸种做对照。每处理重复三次,用培养皿做发芽试验。从浸种到试验结束,室温稳定在16—18.3℃,每天定时记录发芽率。试验结束时,每处理每重复随机抽取10粒
This test was conducted indoors in 1984. The material for the test is yellow millet. Triacontanol is a 0.1% emulsion. Test to take the concentration and soaking two factors randomized block test. The concentration of 0.1ppm, 0.5ppm, 1.0ppm three levels, soaking time 8 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours. Soaked in water as a control.
