提出一种增加四连杆机构的叉车货叉前后倾装置,与传统工作装置相比,能够在较小的工作空间内实现货叉的前后倾动作。四连杆机构结构简单,可实现多种运动,且工作可靠,易润滑,磨损小,适合应用于叉车等起重装备中。为使新型工作装置达到最佳性能,对现有叉车的工作装置重新进行了结构设计,利用MATLAB的数值计算和绘图功能对机构上各关键点的轨迹进行运动分析,并借助目标规划的思想对相关的连杆长度进行参数优化。通过对优化设计后机构的各项指标的检验,显示新型工作装置比传统设计其动作区域明显缩小,满足预定的设计目标,适合应用于具有较大提升高度的各式叉车。论述的内容未涉及动力学的相关问题及四连杆机构的强度、刚度和稳定性等问题。
A forklift forward / backward tilting device with four-linkage mechanism is proposed. Compared with the traditional working device, the fork can be tilted forward and backward in a small working space.
