宾馆及住宅工程的卫生间渗漏的情况仍然比较严重,它影响了建筑物的寿命,用户反应强烈,是建筑工程质量通病之一。卫生间浴缸安装工序不妥,直接造成渗漏,但在施工中却往往被忽视。 传统的浴缸安装方法一般是在卫生间铺设地面以前,直接在现浇钢筋混凝土楼板上砌好浴缸支座安设浴缸,接通排水管,然后用砖砌好浴缸侧壁镶贴瓷砖,最后找平卫生间地坪垫层,铺设马赛克或地砖,这种施工方法,使浴缸下的地面比浴缸外已铺设的地面低约30mm,造成浴缸下地面积水。 下水管道一旦堵塞,浴缸排水无法从下水管道中畅通流出,只能从浴缸下水口与预埋下水管接头处溢出。
The leakage of toilets in hotels and residential projects is still serious. It affects the life span of buildings and users respond strongly. It is one of the common problems in the quality of construction projects. Bathtub installation process is not proper, directly causing leakage, but it is often overlooked during construction. The traditional bathtub installation method is generally to lay a bathtub directly on a cast-in-situ reinforced concrete floor before the bathroom is laid on the floor. The bathtub is connected, the drain pipe is connected, and then the bathtub is tiled on the side wall of the bathtub and the bathroom is finally leveled. The floor mat is laid with a mosaic or a floor tile. This construction method causes the floor under the bathtub to be approximately 30mm lower than the floor where the bathtub is laid, resulting in water under the bathtub. Once the sewer pipe is blocked, the bathtub drain cannot flow out of the sewer pipe, and can only overflow from the bathtub spout and the embedded sewer pipe joint.
