本文探讨了空心笋的形成与采笋期气温、地温、土壤含水量及冬季地温、肥料、品种、笋龄的关系。试验结果表明,芦笋品种、株龄不同,空心程度也不同:株龄小的空心多于株龄大的,采笋期间的气温、地温愈低,冬季幼芽处,地温温差波动愈大,空心笋愈多。采笋后期在气温、地温较高情况下,表层土壤含水量意低,一空心笋愈多。采取冬季培土、采笋前期少浇水、覆盖地膜、提高地温,采笋后期多浇水,保持土壤适宜含水量等措施,可有效降低空心数量及占总重量的比值。
