在讲社会主义经济制度的建立这一问题时,同学们经常会提出这样一个疑问: 从理论上讲,社会主义是比资本主义更高级的社会经济制度,按照生产力决定生产关系的原理,社会主义的生产力基础应该比资本主义更先进。然而,我们在实践上所看到的社会主义,却都是建立在与资本主义相同的、或者落后于资本主义的生产力基础上。这种情况是否意味着理论与实践之间存在着矛盾?依照生产力决定生产关系的原理,是否意味着这些国家的社会主义搞早了?
